Auto change wallpaper in Lively Wallpaper

1. Dowload livelycu.exe from Command Line Controls of Lively on github

2. Get Your Wallpaper Paths

• Open Lively Wallpaper, right-click on the wallpaper you want to select -> Open File Location.
• Copy the path (e.g., path/to/light.abc).
• Repeat this step to get the path for your Dark Mode wallpaper.

3. Create the Batch Files

For Light Mode (save as livelylight.bat):

@echo off timeout /t 2 /nobreak >nul cd /d "path/to/folder/have/livelycu.exe" livelycu.exe setwp --file "path/to/light.abc"

For Dark Mode (save as livelydark.bat):

@echo off timeout /t 2 /nobreak >nul cd /d "path/to/folder/have/livelycu.exe" livelycu.exe setwp --file "path/to/dark.abc"

5. Configure Auto Dark Mode
   Apply the following settings to your Auto Dark Mode configuration file:

Component:
  Scripts:
  - Name: Lively Wallpaper Switcher
    Command: cmd
    WorkingDirectory: %YOUR_SCRIPT_FOLDER-PATH%
    ArgsLight: [/c, livelylight.bat]
    ArgsDark: [/c, livelydark.bat]
    AllowedSources: [Any]
    TimeoutMillis: 10000

Great script. It has resolved the conflict between my Lively Wallpaper and Auto Dark Mode.

Thanks! I found that giving CMD enough time to completely start before running the livelycu command can fix the windowed wallpaper bug. If you want Auto Dark Mode to work with Lively on startup, here's a bonus:

1. Turn off startup in Auto Dark Mode, and turn on startup in Lively.

2. Create livelysetup.cmd file:

3. Create a livelysetup.vbs file:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Or simply type shell:startup in the File Explorer address bar.

Note: If you use a different player in Lively, replace mpv.exe with the corresponding process name. Make sure livelysetup.vbs is enabled in startup
