Update old galil driver with any necessary changes from main branches. Hopefully last time we'll ever need to do this. Old galil drvier builds a separate branch as it needs VS2010. It will however load some common Db files and also has its own copy of e.g. galil homing routines. So this branch needs to be updated with relevant modules that may affects its interaction with the rest of the system.
