Weather Dependant Solar Panel Support is broken

If you need, I can send you a TVC for testing. In DBS 2.3.2, I merged my PR, tested it, and everything is OK. I will check v2.3.3 soon.
The implementation logic of WeatherDrivenSolarPanel is the same as that of the new KOP.

This problem is mainly caused by single star mode.

The problem is half solved. I would like to ask you, in #91 (comment), how do you deal with the extra invalid text?

@ChrisAdderley I submitted PR #107 to solve the problem that the power generation is displayed as 0 in VAB/SPH under WDSP environment. In my test case, this problem has been fixed.
