docs(mcode-trajectory-studio): record the CI-measured compatibility rows

Adds what the first green CI run measured for the two moving release lines
(22.23.2 / SQLite 3.51.3 and 24.20.0 / SQLite 3.53.4), and states why those two are
not pinned in the README table while the boundary versions are.

Also trims the macOS/Windows bullet to the fact plus the three test-side platform
assumptions the first non-Linux run found, rather than narrating the run.
