[Bug] the wires do not transmit any signal

What happened?

At first, when I loaded my world, everything was working fine, but shortly after, nothing worked anymore. I should mention that I’m using “Supplementaries” and “Create Extra Gauge,” and I’m not sure if those are causing the bug.

I'm getting this as well. Superflat world, just testing some logic and I accidentally caused a high speed feedback loop with an RS latch, stopped it, but then none of the wires would change state, gates still change state if given redstone signal directly (timers, latches, NOT gates etc) but the wires won't accept/send state changes.

Saving then reloading the world and restarting the game doesn't fix it,
Replacing the wires doesn't change anything,
All wires are perma-stuck.

I also noticed that Electrotine ore doesn't appear in my world but that's a separate issue.

EDIT:

Alright, it actually crashed on loading the world this time while the wires were in a broken state. Log and World Save attached.

Redstonia.zip - This save crashes on load.

Redstonia-loading.zip - This save loads, but the wires don't update.

But the versions for ProjectRed are still the 4.22.0-beta-33 on CF, you'll need to update to the stable 4.22.0 to replicate my local setup.
