Hello,
In HEC-LifeSim 2.1.5, can road exposure and evacuation life loss be calculated when the hydraulic input consists of only summary grids such as maximum depth?
My understanding is that these grids are not time-dependent. However, the model produced nonzero values for road exposure and life loss evacuating.
How does LifeSim determine that evacuees are caught or exposed on roads without time-series depth and velocity data?
Thank you
