Add a "verbose" config option to plugin, to bring back pre 3.6.1 behaviour

The dependency inclusion part was not "noise", rather add a verbose option defaulting to false to plugin configuration, without having to run everything in debug mode. The list of included dependencies was very useful information.

As we see we have two groups of user - one who like more information about what is doing and second who want to disable every log

Using verbose/debug mode of Maven is not useful for first group ... and second group probably don't want execute Maven in quiet without any logs

I think the two different plugins have different assumptions and requirements for "silence", so while related, the issues are not 1:1 the same. There's a bit of "magic" to shade plugin and what gets included/excluded, unlike seeing single files (which is indeed noisy). Also, debug != verbose (or "informational") logging.
