static-php.dev republished php-8.5.12-cli-macos-aarch64.tar.gz in place. The new sha256 (1ece0162...) was computed from the official URL and matches the value reported by the failing CI job. Evidence run is dispatched on macos_arm64; no Bazel or nested tests were run locally.
