Fix Transpose test file: The only test that should not be skipped is the first test

Currently all of the tests are skipped.

Every skip that is commented, except the first, should be uncommented, leaving the skip in place (proper indent, of course).

It may be that the test generator needs to be examined, and so may not be as simple a fix as to just uncomment them. Some research required. Perfer to have the generate generate the tests, which reduces the likely hood of inconsistently presented test files.
