The easiest you can do: if client:supports_method("textDocument/completion") then
if not vim.list_contains(vim.bo[event.buf].ft, "snacks_picker_input", "snacks_input") then
vim.lsp.completion.enable(true, client.id, event.buf, { autotrigger = true })
end

I was trying to go as native as possible, but couldn't let go of some Snacks QoL :)
I've decided to use the pickers, but completion suggestions are also showing up in the picker.
For completion, I have this setup from kickstart.nvim, which I suspect might be the issue:
