Bug description

When running the Unity Activate action, it says it couldn't find the 2022.3.14f1 version, despite it being available in the supported editor versions.

How to reproduce

Running the action in a Ubuntu self-hosted GitHub runner, the action must have 2022.3.14f1 as the unity version.

The action will find the version and execute as expected

This looks like an upstream image-availability issue with the unityci/editor Docker images rather than something in this action itself — worth checking https://github.com/game-ci/docker for whether that specific tag (ubuntu-2022.3.14f1-linux-il2cpp-1) was ever published or has since been removed/renamed. Nothing in unity-activate's own logic controls which tags exist.
