Error when creating a new pull request (error 500 in browser)

What happened?

When creating a PR, I get the error below:

I use binary, Windows 11 and MySQL

This is a generic 500 error showing the raw HTML of the error page. To figure out what went wrong, could you check your Gitea logs (usually in log/gitea.log), locate the timestamp when this happened, and paste the full log output from around that time here? Also, does this happen on all repositories, or just this one?

This issue started occurring today.
Yesterday I was able to create PR's. But after closing and deleting them I got the erroor above. Prior to this eeror I also got an internal server error, but unforunately I havent't captured this.

I checked for other repositories and the error occurs for these too.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, could you provide clear steps to reproduce it? That would help us investigate the problem.

1. please give us a little bit more information - this is just "it doesnt work" and we cannot reproduce in any way
2. Could you try upgrading to gitea 1.26.4 and see if it is resolved?
