Feature Request: Incremental Spend Analysis

I am using the budget optimizer to model incremental spend. For example, suppose I have a budget of $10M and want to increase the budget by $1M. I want to see where that $1M should be spent, without optimizing the entire budget. I just want to see where the additional $1M should go. I was able to accomplish this with a bit of a workaround (and some help) by setting the spend_lower_constraint = 1/11 for all channels, and then set the budget = $11m, using a fixed budget optimization scenario. However, it would be nice if this was an actual feature in Optimizer / Scenario Planner.
