Links with `&not` in query string are broken

latest version, tested in http://greg-jacobs.com/Autolinker.js/examples/live-example/

sample link: https://tempuri.org?a=1&not=a
output: [tempuri.org?a=1¬=a](https://tempuri.org/?a=1&not=a)

as you can see &not is changed to ¬
