Unrestricted CSS is not highlighted when required by a website #592

Description

@riseupcoder

When visiting some websites, NoScript correctly highlights the permissions required by the page in red. However, Unrestricted CSS is sometimes not highlighted even when the website appears to require it.

For example, when using Mermaid.js to create diagrams, I enabled all the permissions that NoScript indicated were required, but the diagrams still did not appear. After manually checking the available permissions, I found that enabling Unrestricted CSS was necessary for the diagrams to display correctly.

This seems to happen on other websites as well. NoScript does not always highlight Unrestricted CSS in red even though the site appears to need it.

Could you please check whether NoScript can correctly detect and highlight Unrestricted CSS when it is required by a website?

Expected behavior:
If a website requires Unrestricted CSS to function correctly, NoScript should highlight the permission in red along with the other required permissions.

Actual behavior:
Unrestricted CSS is sometimes not highlighted, so the user has to manually try different permissions to find out what is required.
