Add subscribe to thread

Beeing able to subscribe to a thread. You can get notified via emails and in app notifications on new messages.

Another subscribe feature would be against specific keywords.

What about "starring" or adding a tag to a thread? This gives you the "bell" notification on threads. Is that something you would want enhanced to also send you an email?

That still needs the underlying infrastructure for the mail sending to be capable to work with it, if used by many (we currently have limits there), but that would be an idea how to implement it.

This gives you next to the starr button for in-app notification also a subscribe bell, to receive emails directly.
