Date: 2026-10-09. Local system: Windows 11 build 26200, x64, Python 3.14.
- Final local automated pass including a real helper termination check, grouped-field privacy checks and disabled-navigation checks: 52 passed, 1 skipped. Symlink creation test skipped because the local Windows account cannot create the test link. GUI tests use Qt offscreen mode.
- Real read-only probe: signed Parsec APP 150-105c, WebView UI 150-33661022248. Host settings page: 27 known titles / 27 observed rows; host name omitted, unknown device/application values omitted. This is not full-app coverage.
- Actual Windows GUI: inspected running main window and confirmed version detection, native operation disabled, 0% coverage and Chinese interface. Public page read through GUI worker succeeded. Navigation exposed unreliable provider completion, so v0.1.2 disables automatic navigation. Reads use an on-demand helper with an 18-second timeout and no output pipes. Real termination tests verify bounded cleanup.
- Actual screenshot script captured running Qt companion windows in English/Simplified/Traditional Chinese. Delivery screenshots use the real Client page snapshot: 17/17 headings associated with controls. The reader supports both grouped Client fields and table-based Host fields. No native Parsec or personal screenshots are published.
- Windows install/uninstall:
scripts/verify_installer.ps1passed a real isolated install, installed GUI smoke test and uninstall. The uninstaller retains existing companion preferences during this test. - Windows unsigned installer and portable package build succeeded locally; final rebuild includes isolation changes.
- The rebuilt frozen Windows helper read 27/27 real public settings rows successfully, validating helper IPC in a bundled executable. Rebuilt installer/start/uninstall checks also passed using direct Python subprocess calls without changing system execution policy.
- Initial three-platform CI run: Windows x64, macOS arm64 and macOS x86_64 all passed 45 tests with zero skips; bundled app startup and actual package checks also passed. Windows install/uninstall passed; both macOS DMGs were verified, mounted, and their app smoke tests passed. This run predates the three additional isolation tests; the tag pipeline will validate those before publishing.
- macOS packages use CI Python 3.12. No real macOS Parsec integration, macOS installation detector or Gatekeeper acceptance test.
- v0.1.0 pipeline: all three build jobs passed; the release job failed because its download pattern selected test artifacts instead of application artifacts. No v0.1.0 release was published. Corrected the artifact selection for v0.1.1; its final release pipeline is pending.
- v0.1.1 pipeline: all build and release jobs passed, with 48 tests per platform. The release was returned to draft after live navigation checks; it is not the delivery version. v0.1.2 is the delivery candidate with navigation disabled and helper-pipe cleanup fixed.
- Final pipeline: all Windows x64, macOS arm64, macOS x86_64 build/test jobs and the release job succeeded. Each platform's JUnit report contains 53 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, 0 skips.
- Windows real installer/startup/uninstall and both macOS DMG verification/mount/startup checks passed in that pipeline.
- Release v0.1.2 contains six actual attachments: Windows installer, portable ZIP, two macOS DMGs, source ZIP and SHA256SUMS.txt.
- Downloaded all five package/source attachments and checked every SHA256 against the release manifest: all matched. Anonymous GitHub API returned HTTP 200,
draft=false, six assets andprerelease=true. - Downloaded Windows portable executable started successfully on the local Windows machine. Its bundled helper read 17/17 real Client page headings with the new grouped-field reader. This tests the published executable, not only source code.
- Downloaded Windows installer Authenticode status: NotSigned. No Developer ID / notarization claim is made for macOS.
- The tagged source archive reflects checks pending when the tag was created. This repository validation record and the linked completed pipeline provide the final observed results without rewriting the released tag.
Unverified: complete native localization, Windows 10 hardware, macOS real client integration, stream/connection overlays, login/register localization and streaming performance. No synthetic test is counted as a real client integration result.
