3. This is a talk about my experiences with working remotely. It covers the advantages and the challenges and talks about what a developer can do to make the most of the experience
4. Working remotely comes with a lot of freedom and a lot of challenges. Freedoms are easy, the challenges less so. The remote developer is completely responsible for remaining in the loop and making themselves heard. Out of sight is out of mind. Prepare for the challenges by knowing what they are and what counter measures are available to assist you.
