Enhance settings in ATV version to standard android zapp app possibilites

Settings in ATV version are crippled or better non-existent:

In the standard Android version of zapp app there are a lot of different settings possible, e.g. to arrange TV channels or delete non-favourite ones, set the video quality, etc.
In the ATV version the only possible setting ist to set the start page. all the other settings of the standard android version are missing.
