Libxml2 Compatibility Issue in Ubuntu 25.10

Describe the bug

Unable to install on Ubuntu 25.10 due to libxml2 dependency issues:

Unsatisfied dependencies:
 sysmonforlinux : Depends: libxml2 (>= 2.7.4) but it is not installable
Error: Unable to satisfy dependencies. Reached two conflicting decisions:
   1. sysmonforlinux:amd64=1.4.0 is selected for install
   2. sysmonforlinux:amd64 Depends libxml2 (>= 2.7.4)
      but none of the choices are installable:
      [no choices]

To Reproduce

sudo apt install sysmonforlinux

Sysmon version

1.4.0

Distro/kernel version

Ubuntu Desktop 25.10, kernel 6.17.0-7-generic

Sysmon configuration

Expected behavior

Successful installation.
