To specify a consistent secret key, use IROH_SECRET=26ca41a6396c29d7b5e8f1c2ecac98bbbaada75fbe0a9cd96698c6511fa40b96.

This will give you a consistent ticket, at least as long as you're staying in the same general region (e.g. all of europe), as the ticket also encodes the relay URL you're homed at.
