Publication of report by July 17th

As discussed in the DDS-PSIG, the idea is to publish the report mid July. The target date is July 17th.

OpenDDS still has work in progress towards this. When were you planning on publishing today?

@simpsont-oci I think that we can postpone the release to September as there have been several updates in the executables and tests, so this will give everybody a chance to review everything.

I don't know what other people think.

I think as a group we've made a lot of progress in the last couple of weeks.
So, maybe, rather than push the deadline out ~2 months, we should try just a couple more weeks? If things haven't stabilized by then, we could consider another extension?

Just a thought, I'm good either way.
