Migration Docker > OrbStack

I apologize in advance if my question seems silly, but I'm fairly new to using Docker and I'm wondering how to migrate all of my existing containers to OrbStack.
Currently, I have Portainer running on Docker and I created a backup, thinking I could simply restore it onto OrbStack. However, when I tried creating a Portainer container with OrbStack and rebooted, it didn't show up (nor did it appear with the 'docker ps' command). But when I tried to pull it again, I encountered some sort of conflict.

Automatic data migration from Docker Desktop is planned but not yet supported. See #90.

In the meantime, you can use the docker import and export commands to migrate containers, and follow the official Docker instructions to migrate volumes.
