Map POWER KEY to another key combo?

Can you make PowerKey do the reverse operation??

Quite often, as in my case, the Power key on MacBook AIR does not function. Can we map it to another key combo so something else can be used to turn ON / OFF / SLEEP a MacBook AIR with a FAULTY Power button?
