Suggestions

• public_rpc_url is not needed
• event_identifier is sufficient. Identifier can be removed
• add_funds has been removed in Fee Abs V1 and should be a part of this config
• name - rather than giving fn name, it should give INBOUND or OUTBOUND since these events r mainly related to listening for inbounds and outbounds. Ig this can be renamed to event_type
