Possible issue: MKL + NumPy + NumExpr interference
#2897
A warning message about known interference of intel performance libraries (MKL, TBB, VML,...) with numpy and numexpr, two python libraries heavily used in pyFAI. This is more prone to affect users of the anaconda python distribution since it ships by default MKL and other performance libraries.
If pyFAI is randomly crashing or giving completely stupid results, please report it in this discussion.
You can also pass the "internal tests" by running: python -c "import pyFAI.test; pyFAI.test.run_tests()"
and report here the number of errors and the type of errors.
Normal output should end like this (preceded by tons of warnings):
........
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ran 601 tests in 281.613s
OK (skipped=2)
Test suite succeeded
