Issues with Running Gotch in a Dockerized Environment

I've been struggling for over a month to get [Gotch](https://github.com/sugarme/gotch) running in a Dockerized environment. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't been able to make it work consistently.

Here's the Dockerfile I am using:

How I Run the Container

docker run -it --rm -v "/path/to/your/folder:/app" <image-name>

or

docker run -it --rm <image-name>

Issues I'm Facing

1. Repetitive Failures – The setup sometimes works, but after rebuilding the container, it fails again.
2. Go keeps downloading dependencies even though they should already be cached.
3. Gotch fails to find torch/torch.h, even though libtorch is installed.
4. Environment variables for LibTorch may not be applied correctly.

Has anyone successfully gotten Gotch running in Docker? Would appreciate any insights! 🚀
