UX: missing files in new analysis form

• Backend should filter missing files out from the dropdown lists
• The failure notification shown on "Add analysis" w/ missing file should be determined in the backend (push notice? response?) and include more information
• The new analysis form should have a visual indication as to why it doesn't work (the notification is too far away & too small to be enough for this)
