Description

Release v1.0.8. Adds spawn doctor --fix, license selection, and two new quality extras.

• spawn doctor --fix [--dry-run] [--yes] [--license mit]: creates missing files and config (README, AGENTS.md, .gitignore, CHANGELOG.md, tests/, pytest/ruff/mypy config, pre-commit config, CI workflow, git init). Never overwrites existing files and never installs packages; it prints the uv add --dev ... line instead. Dockerfile, .env.example and pyproject.toml are reported as manual actions, and LICENSE stays opt-in for existing repos.
• --license mit|none on spawn create (and "license" in JSON config), plus an interactive license prompt (MIT default). The holder comes from git config user.name, falling back to <project> contributors.
• CHANGELOG.md is generated for every new project.
• pre-commit and mypy extras on all 8 templates. mypy adds config and a dev dependency only, with no CI step.
• Custom Structure gains a Mypy option and now uses the shared pre-commit config.
• Fixed: --template help text now lists all 8 slugs, including mcp.
• New modules: generators/project_files.py, utils/doctor_fix.py. Version bumped to 1.0.8, and docs and changelog updated.

Verified live: generated backend-api, cli, automation and mcp projects (their own pytest passes, doctor scores 88–100%), and ran doctor --fix on a stripped project (77% → 96%) and on a bare project (7% → 85%). --dry-run leaves the directory hash unchanged, and Ctrl+C at the prompt exits 130 with Cancelled.. No pre-existing file is modified beyond appended pyproject sections.
