When I return to an unanswered request after leaving it for a while, I expect to be able to answer it or see a clear way to recover. Instead, I get an approval error, and refreshing does not resolve it.
Steps to reproduce
- Receive a request that requires an answer in an agent session.
- Leave the request unanswered for a while.
- Return and try to answer it.
- See:
This approval is no longer pending. Refresh and retry.
- Refresh and try to continue.
- Click Deny. Nothing visibly changes.
Expected behavior
Refreshing shows the current request state. If the request can no longer accept an answer, the interface explains what happened and provides a clear next step.
Actual behavior
The request cannot be answered. After refreshing, nothing visibly changes and there is no clear way to continue. Even clicking Deny does not change anything.
