Created a LearnerInfo Entity with the following fields:
appId!: number;
school!: School;
Interest!: InterestArea;
experienceType!: ExperienceType;
isInternational!: boolean;
Add a DTO with those same fields
Created a Controller with a route to create a LearnerInfo and route to update interest area
Created a service to interact with the repository to create a LearnerInfo
Add documentation and tests
Created a VolunteerInfo Entity with the following fields:
appId!: number;
license!: string;
Created a Controller with a route to create a VolunteerInfo
Created a service to interact with the repository to create a VolunteerInfo
Add documentation and tests

All unit tests pass for controller and service
