ddi-1.2.2.xml and empty facets

Mapping rules for ddi-1.2.2.xml for LiDA is not producing values for facets (see
http://ckan.dasish.eu/dataset?extras_DataProvider=LiDA&groups=cessda). It seems the harvested xml files are not valid (see http://www.validome.org/xml/validate/?lang=en&url=http://ckan.dasish.eu/work/01-harvested/cessda/results/ddi-1.2.2/LiDA/0002/oai_lida_lt_LiDA_histat_LiDA_HISTCULX_0028.xml). Anyone knows the source of the problem and perhaps a solution as well.

The problem seems to be related to the declaration of the namespace.
Usualy the namespace for DDI 1.2.2 is as follow:

For the harvested source the namespace is set to http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/ (should be http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/DDI) :

This will cause a problem when the mapper expects http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/DDI

One solution could be doing a replace of xmlns for the harvested files, but i think the error should be fixed the source (LiDA), but this could take time.
