Upgrade the complete production dependency group and align both applications, shared design-system and Markdown plugin on KaTeX0.19.0. Preserve the reviewed development-toolchain, source-map-js1.2.2 security override and patched backend baseline, including the delegation JWT clock repair.
Current candidate:6fc75aa7c15a063398567855a83a167470377627. Spec and Standards approve both production upgrades and backend integration. Static whitespace checks pass. Atfb9b38d99, whose frontend files are identical to this head, remote frozen install completed987packages,1081supply-chain policies passed,59Markdown rendering/security tests passed and package type-check passed. Current-head CI has23successful checks and8pending, no observed failures.
Independent dual application build observation lost its SSH connection; Console type-check remains alive, and neither a final build exit code nor Management execution is established. Full backend verify also remains alive after observation loss. Keep acceptance pending; no merge has occurred.
