Adds the create-carrier-account cURL example for GOFO.
Carrier account type is
GofoAccount, with credentialsusername,password, andorigin_hub— the entry port closest to the shipment origin address.Follows the existing conventions in this directory:
$EASYPOST_API_KEY,descriptionmatching the type name, noreferencekey, and alphabetized credentials. Payload verified as valid JSON.
