scripts: let mutate.sh take 'go test' after -- - #213

Typing `-- go test -run X ./pkg` is natural, and go test then read "go" and "test" as package names, so the baseline failed with "package test is not in std" and the run ended INVALID with nothing pointing at the cause. mutate.sh now drops a leading "go test" after -- and says so. Typing
scripts/mutate.sh FILE old new -- go test -run X ./pkgis natural, and an agent did exactly that. go test then readgoandtestas package names, so the baseline failed with "package test is not in std". The run ended INVALID, with nothing pointing at the cause.mutate.shnow drops a leadinggo testafter--and prints a note saying it did.scripts/test-mutate.shhas a case for it.
