Windows ARM64 isn't working properly

Building on Windows for arm64 using an Arm64 processor is not creating a proper DLL for use with ImGui.NET. Are there special build steps for producing the arm64 binary?

Last cimgui is prepared for windows on arm64.
I have never obtained feedback for this change. Feedback would be hightly appreciated.
