I'd like support for small screens and D-Pad navigation

Is there a problem this feature solves?

I was able to install this app on my ZTE Cymbal 2 Android "dumphone", a flipphone with no touch screen. With the help of a DPI changer and scrcpy to drive a mouse, I was able to run the app and play music from my jellyfin server. But day to day it's unusable because of lacking D-Pad support and cramped UI. Specifically:

• The login screen can't be navigated with the D-Pad (nothing scrolls, can't select anything)
• Even if I use the DPI changer to temporarily make the login page useable, as soon as I reset DPI and come back, I'm booted back to the login page for some reason
• When logged in, the D-Pad lets me move between different sections, but I can't move the focus to individual items (albums, songs) to be played. I was able to do this with the virtual mouse but not using the D-Pad on my phone.
• The transitions are sluggish and it would be nice to be able to turn them off in settings to improve visual performance.

Please note that I have a 240x320px screen.

Describe your solution in as much detail as possible.

Basically I would like the accessibility tree to be implemented properly so every important element on the page can be navigated to using the D-Pad. Much of this is implemented already, but some important elements are lacking, including the main playback elements.

Besides this, the login screen would need some work so it's usable with the D-Pad on a tiny screen.

Finally it would be great to have an option in settings to turn off transitions and any other cosmetic flair that isn't really needed.

Have you considered any alternatives?

I mean there are other apps out there, but none seem to work with the dumpphone, and this is a really nice app that runs on my phone so I was hoping to make it work.
