[Bug] Fingerprint authorization cannot be triggered in bank app

TEESimulator version: All version since v4.0, up to v4.0-62-fa2f863
App: Techcombank

Bug: the app won't be able to trigger its fingerprint authorization screen/ pop-up to login. The fingerprint auth works on TeeSim v3.2 or TeeSim-RS. I've attached the log from both release and debug combo of Vector+TeeSim below.

I'd really appreciate if you can take a look, and thanks for your work.

I also deleted Techcombank (TCB) keys from the webUI and made it regen the keys but fingerprint authentication flow stil won't show / got stuck(?).

i've included the log from within TeeSim as well, Version canary 67 (latest atm), it's release build tho. I'll get the debug build log if needed.

Please test the latest canary build, which should have fixed you problem. If not, please upload logs again.
