The plugins' `dev` extra requires kalinka-plugin-dev, which does not exist

The pyproject.toml of localfiles (line 52), dummydevice (32), musiccast (35) and jamendo (40) lists kalinka-plugin-dev>=1.0,<2 in [project.optional-dependencies] dev, and so does the plugin template. No such package exists in this repository, so pip install -e ".[dev]" fails to resolve for every in-tree plugin and for any plugin generated from the template. Either publish the package, or replace it with what it was meant to bring (pytest, and pytest-asyncio for suites that use it).
