Dev extras require kalinka-plugin-dev, which no package provides #224
The plugin template requires it too: template/cookiecutter-kalinka-plugin/{{cookiecutter.plugin_name}}/pyproject.toml:31. It uses the SDK constraint on main and >=1.0,<2 on the #203 branch.
No package called kalinka-plugin-dev exists anywhere in the repo, and the 1.x range dates from before the SDK's two major bumps. So pip install -e '.[dev]' in a plugin, or in a plugin generated from the template, depends on a name nothing here publishes. It either fails, or installs whatever holds that name on PyPI.
Decide what the dev extra should install. Probably just pytest, pytest-asyncio and setuptools-scm, which it already lists. Then drop kalinka-plugin-dev from all five places, after #203 merges so the template line doesn't conflict.
Filed by Kalinka Bot while working on RELEASING.md's SDK examples still quote the 1.x ranges.
