gxcache is a GravesX Cache file. Just looks cooler 😎
* Added cache debug (for development/debug purposes) * Add CacheAPI for developers * Database is not considered caching and treated as direct database. Some entries will be added for some things not stored in database. * Fixed graves reload saying its finished, but not considering when database is fully loaded. * APIs that set values will now automatically update database entries automatically.

CacheManager always ran on RAM, but now this will allow Database or File System to act as cache. This is a draft for now as likely bugs will occur but at least its better to expand since some hosts, like Aternos, doesn't assign people enough memory. This should not be considered as a 100% replacement as RAM is usually the best as File System may have problems on older/slow drives and Database would need a quick way to update entries as high latency could expose problems.
