Independently reviewed exact head 66b3ec8 against current main 9661995. The original bot PR contains only the locked transitive PyJWT 2.13.0→2.15.0 update and one synchronized FAVA patch increment to 0.8.1. No worker-authorship claim or replacement PR.
Locked install and lock consistency passed independently; local version policy passed against exact base; 48 server/gateway tests passed. Current exact-head CI includes both jj test matrices, Version policy, Semantic PR and CodeQL, all successful. The worker's full 1119-test run agrees with CI.
PyJWT's official changelog documents security hardening in 2.14 and follow-up exception/JWK fixes in 2.15. Python >=3.9 is compatible with this project's >=3.11. I inspected source and installed MCP usage: FAVA has no direct JWT decoding or AWS ALB token integration. The newly available 2.15.1 fixes padded ALB tokens; no such path is present here, so this does not block the tested bounded security update. This is not a claim of universal exploitability remediation or a fix to the separate Helmet runtime base.

No blocking finding. Publication/install remains a distinct release decision using this exact merged source.
