Add a check for machine-learning "hypothesis" phrases outside an alias definition #1138
The psw rule "Give a technical word one meaning" (psw#303, merged) reserves "hypothesis" for statistical hypotheses. The machine-learning sense is called the prediction function family, and "hypothesis class" and "hypothesis space" stay only as labeled aliases in that definition.
Proposal: a reusable check that fails when a .qmd or .md file uses a phrase from a short word list, such as "hypothesis set", "hypothesis class", "hypothesis space" or "model hypothesis", outside the div that defines the prediction function family.
Feasibility: a word list is feasible. A general check for any technical word with two meanings is not, because the check cannot tell which sense a sentence means.
Background: lds#1201 removed the existing uses in lds.
