What

The release commit for v1.3.1: the README version badge and its link move from 1.3.0 to 1.3.1. Nothing else changes.

What v1.3.1 carries

The two commits on main since v1.3.0 (#6): scripts/codex-seat.sh refreshed from the live copy.

  • codex exec writes its whole transcript to stderr, so a review of code that merely quoted "hit your usage limit" read as a spent seat, re-ran on the fallback model and reported an empty seat.
  • The wrapper now reads only what the CLI itself printed. Three selftest cases cover the real quota failure, a limit hit mid-review, and a transcript that quotes the phrase.
  • publicise gains one line rule for the comment that names the wrapper's twin.

Checks, run locally on this branch

  • tests/selftest-publicise.sh: 70 passed, 0 failed.
  • scripts/codex-seat.sh --selftest: every branch proven both ways.
  • tests/check-release.sh: RELEASE CLEAN, with the expected advisory that HEAD's badge is ahead of the latest tag.
  • tests/check-upstream-sync.sh: SYNC CLEAN, 4 files reproduce from live.
  • shellcheck clean.

After merge

Sync-warden sweep, then the annotated tag v1.3.1 on the merge commit and the GitHub Release.
