Add openadapt-desktop qualify, a Fill pins from this recording control, and FlowBridge wrappers for qualify propose / from-demo. Missing pins still HALT. The local-dev signer stays out of production trust.

Qualify this recording. After Flow compiles a demo, Desktop fills the same production-shaped pins the Flow CLI proposes: application, environment, identity, effect. The operator confirms. Missing pins HALT.
Depends on OpenAdaptAI/openadapt-flow
qualify propose/from-demo(companion PR). Older Flow builds print an update error instead of guessing an environment.Opened by an agent session, not the founder.
