What changed

Desktop now presents the canonical Seal Oracle ladder in qualification controls and execution overlays. The persisted Flow v1 values remain unchanged. Operator copy no longer exposes the inverse legacy tier numbers.

A static test prevents the old labels from returning.

The lock file now uses GitPython 3.1.59. This clears the current GitPython advisories without changing another dependency.

Verification

  • 122 UI tests pass.
  • 19 Python metadata and vocabulary tests pass.
  • The TypeScript and Vite production build passes.
  • The locked dependency export passes.
  • pip-audit reports no known vulnerabilities.
