Tweaked stats for US Set Rebalance
Updated sprite and introduction date. Do not merge before other OGE American passenger cars, because this version has an expiration date in the 1980's. Not including the additional passenger cars will lead to the US set not having passenger cars available after this version's expiration.

textures no longer go in the object folders, they go in the /textures folder

This is a new set of sprites for OG PCARUS2, more closely matching the style of car the original version was based on. It now has an introduction date of 1946 and expiration date of 1983. This should not be merged unless it's with or after the other OGE passenger cars, as the expiration date would lead to the US set not having a passenger car available after 1982.
