The sixth mainline diesel locomotive for the American region rebalance/expansion: the CL-40 'Provenance', based on the GE Genesis. It's meant as a successor to the OGE F40PH in passenger service and is restricted to the wagons/carriages seen in the screenshot. This diesel locomotive is available from 1992 onwards, has a top speed of 100 mph, and a power of 4000 hp. As a PAX oriented diesel, like the OGE F40PH, it has a higher running cost than normal, but not as extreme as the electrics.
