The seventh and final mainline diesel locomotive for the American region rebalance/expansion: the CL-44 'Revolution', based on the GE Evolution series. It's meant as a compliment to the SD70 in freight service, where it's slightly slower but significantly more powerful. Ideally, this runs on heavy freight lines while the SD70 is repurposed for medium and express freight. Additionally, it's considerably more expensive to purchase and run. This diesel locomotive is available from 2003 onwards, has a top speed of 70 mph, and a power of 6200 hp.
