Summary
T hard coded local variable mass_per_flight_crew is converted to
Aircraft.CrewPayload.MASS_PER_FLIGHT_CREW. In FLOPS, its value is 225 lbm, But we default it to 0.0 in meta data. If it is missing in a model, it is set to 225 lbm in preprocessor run.Variables
